Whole School Notes

Any Parent wishing to volunteer to help in the canteen, assist with P&C activities or have been invited to accompany students and teachers on an excursion are required to complete a Declaration for Child Related Workers form and a VPS Parent Code of Conduct form. These forms are attached below and are also available at the school office.
